If you cannot attend a workshop that you have reserved online, please email us ahead of time at hello@scentworkshop (Greensboro location) or email@example.com (Galena location).
- If you need to reschedule, we will move your reservation to a date with availability.
- If you cancel before the workshop, we will refund your purchase.
- No-shows are refunded at 50% of the workshop fee paid.
We want our customers to love our products. If you purchased a product and don't love it, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Full refunds (except shipping fees) will be issued for products returned within 30 days of your purchase date. Products must be unused and undamaged.
If you receive a damaged product, please email us within 30 days of your purchase date, and we'll send you a replacement product.
